Do you support IMAP, POP3, and webmail?

Yes! Through your hosting package, you can create unlimited email addresses ending with @yourdomain.com at no extra cost. Each address supports:

• Webmail - Access via our Roundcube-based webmail in any browser

You can use any email client including Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or mobile apps.

Are there limits on mailbox size?

We don’t set specific limits on mailbox size. As long as you have available storage space on your hosting package, your mailboxes can use it freely.

Domains

Can I connect multiple domains to my hosting?

Absolutely! None of our packages restrict the number of domains you can connect. The only limiting factor is your available disk space. As long as you have storage available, you can add as many domains as you need - avoiding the cost of separate hosting for each domain.

Do you sell domain names?

Yes, we offer domain registration directly through our website under the ‘Domains’ section. You can search for available domains among popular extensions like .dk, .com, .org, .nu, .net, .eu, and more.

Is it free to transfer existing domains to DuelHost?

We don’t charge any fee for the domain transfer itself. However, domain transfers require extending the registration by one additional year, so you’ll be charged for that year’s renewal. This is standard practice across all domain registrars.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard for all transactions. Your card details are never stored in our systems - they’re sent directly to an encrypted payment gateway for maximum security.

When is my hosting account activated?

Your hosting account is created automatically after your order, as soon as your payment is processed. Domain transfers from other providers may take several days depending on the domain type and the releasing registrar.

What billing options are available?

You can choose between:

• Monthly billing - Pay month-to-month with flexibility
• Annual billing - Pay yearly and receive a discount equivalent to two free months

Is there a contract or binding period?

No binding contracts! You can cancel your hosting subscription at the end of your current billing period at any time. We believe in earning your business through great service, not locking you in.

No, domain and hosting purchases are independent. You can:

• Buy hosting without a domain (if you already have one elsewhere)
• Register a domain and set up a DNS management account without hosting
• Bundle both domain and hosting together for convenience

What PHP versions do you support?

We support multiple PHP versions including PHP 7.x and PHP 8.x, so even older web applications can run without problems. You can easily switch PHP versions through the control panel - see our PHP version guide for details.

Is SSL included?
